Manage the branch's operation by ensuring business plans are achieved, customer service is delivered, staff is properly train and counseled, partner groups are supported and a community presence is evident.

Manage branch's operations.
Execute sales activities to achieve established goals.
Manage, hire, support and counsel the branch's staff.
Create an environment of teamwork that fosters goodwill.
Manage the customers' service experience on sales, service and transactions. Manage the timely resolution of service and maintenance requests.
Manage customer inquiries to accomplish "first point of resolution".
Ensure the branch operates in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
Ensure audit, security and control practices are in place, executed and maintained.
Make decisions that are consistent with sound banking practices, achieve customer service levels expected by knowing the customers thus fostering goodwill. .
Join local organization(s) in a leadership capacity that matches personal and professional interests.
Support Banking Group projects that fosters business development and community outreach.
Coordinate and support the branch's commercial lender efforts.
Other duties assigned to be executed in a professional and efficient manner.
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and or ability required.
College Degree or 15 Years Experience.
10+ years retail banking experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of retail and business banking.
Demonstrated knowledge and exposure to small business lending.
Demonstrated knowledge and exposure to consumer loans.
5+ years of diverse customer service experience.
Demonstrated customer service skills.
Proven ability to manage the service issues to achieve expectations.
Proven ability to execute financial plans to achieve performance goals.
Demonstrated communication skills to effectively communicate -with customers, staff and management--verbal, written and listening.
Ability to successfully resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Ability to learn operating systems.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
